To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb.  Apply at night to the back of the neck, temples, inside of wrists and elbows, and bottom of the feet.  When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand.  Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place.  Refrigerate for a nice cooling effect on the skin, or if melting occurs.

Please note that this product is not suitable for individuals with bee allergies, pregnant women, nursing mothers, or children. A sensitivity test on the inside of the wrist is recommended prior to use. This product is intended for external use only, and contact with the eyes should be avoided.
